How to Make Apple Salad
This quick and fruity salad couldn’t be easier to make. It combines:
- Red and Green Apples (choose your favorite varieties)
- Seedless green grapes, halved (or red seedless grapes if you prefer!)
- Chopped toasted pecans (almonds or walnuts are great options as well)
- Lemon Yogurt– A light coating not only adds sweetness and lemon flavor, but also keeps the apples from browning.
Once the fruit and chopped pecans are combined, and the lemon yogurt folded in, simply cover and chill until serving. Enjoy!
