Ingredients
- 1½ cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar (you can substitute white)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened (1 cup)
- 1 large egg
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed (ours were medium sized)
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped pecans (you can substitute walnuts if you'd like)
