Candied Pecans
This recipe for candied pecans is so simple to make and so flavorful, with the perfect amount of crunch.

How to Make Candied Pecans

- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Combine the cinnamon, white sugar, brown sugar, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- Pour egg white and vanilla extract into a large bowl and whisk it until frothy. Next, add the pecan halves, tossing to coat with the egg white mixture.

- Next, slowly add the sugar mixture to the bowl of pecans, stirring to evenly coat them. Spread the pecans onto a baking sheet.
- Bake the coated pecans for ten minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Give them a stir (while still keeping them in a single layer). Continue baking, but stir every 10-15 minutes.
- Total baking time is 30-50 minutes- they are done when the pecans have evenly browned.
- Allow to cool completely before storing at room temperature in an airtight container or ziplock bag.

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust amount to your liking)
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound pecan halves (about 4 cups)
