- Add the ground beef and cook until brown. Pour off any grease.Add spaghetti sauce and simmer on low heat.

- In a saucepan, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream and heat on low heat, mixing until blended.

- Grease and 8×12 baking dish or large round casserole dish. Add the cooked and drained egg noodles. Add spoonfuls of the sour cream and cream cheese mixture over the noodles. Spread the dollops to cover.
