- 2 cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed into cup
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- â…” cup milk
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly (113g)
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 package chocolate chips (We used semisweet mini chips) (275g) (Adjust amount to your liking)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions

- Mix the wet ingredients together.

Notes
These muffins can be wrapped in plastic wrap and foil and frozen for up to three months.
