Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed into cup
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • â…” cup milk
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly (113g)
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 package chocolate chips (We used semisweet mini chips) (275g) (Adjust amount to your liking)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Notes

These muffins can be wrapped in plastic wrap and foil and frozen for up to three months.
