How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a medium sized bowl, add the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk to blend and set aside.
 - In a mixing bowl, add sugar, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until lightened in color and fluffy. (Approximately 2 minutes.)
 

- Next, add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, mixing on low speed just until incorporated. The batter will be thick. Then, stir in the peanut butter chips until evenly distributed.
 

- Next, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto an a parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheet.
 

- Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Cool the cookies for 1-2 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack to cool completely. Makes 5 dozen.
