Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces (you can use a rotisserie chicken if you’d like)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (You could also use cream of mushroom or cream of celery if you’d like to change it up!)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 stick butter, melted (We used unsalted)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk (You can also use buttermilk)

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper if not seasoned already.

- Combine the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, pepper and garlic powder in a saucepan, stirring over medium heat just until it begins to simmer. Then, pour over the chicken in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, flour, and baking powder. Add milk and stir just until well combined. Spoon over the chicken and gently spread over the top.

- Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes to set up before serving.
