How to Make Homemade Brownies

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8″ square pan.
- Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In a medium size bowl, combine the flour, cream, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached. Cool in the pan at least 30 minutes before cutting. Makes 16 (2×2″) brownies. (The brownies in our photo below are bite sized and so there are more!)

- 1½ cups sugar (300g)
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla extract (6g)
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ all purpose flour (120g)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (20g)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder (3g)
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease an 8" square pan.
