Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease an 8" square pan.
Melt butter, add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and mix well.
In a medium size bowl, combine the flour, cream, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached. Cool in the pan at least 30 minutes before cutting. Makes 16 (2x2") brownies.
