Blondies

These homemade blondies are buttery and delicious with wonderful flavor from brown sugar and white chocolate chips. If you're looking for a simple blondies recipe, this is a great one!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (melted and cooled a bit)
  • cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper for easy lifting out of pan.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. whisk for 30 seconds to combine and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the brown sugar, melted butter, lightly beaten eggs, and vanilla. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
  • Next, fold in the white chocolate chips. Spoon into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
