Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper for easy lifting out of pan.
In a medium sized bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. whisk for 30 seconds to combine and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the brown sugar, melted butter, lightly beaten eggs, and vanilla. Stir to combine the ingredients.
Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Next, fold in the white chocolate chips. Spoon into the prepared baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
