2-3cupschopped chicken, cooked(you could use a pre-cooked rotisserie if you'd like)
½cupmayonnaise(increase amount to your liking)
1-2ribs of celery, diced
1teaspoondijon mustard
½teaspoonseasoned salt (adjust amount to your liking)
⅛teaspoonground black pepper (adjust amount to your liking)
2tablespoonssweet pickle relish
¼cupgolden raisins(optional)
¼cupslivered almonds(optional)

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine. Do a taste test and add more seasoning if needed. Serve/store in the refrigerator, covered for up to three days.
Serve in a sandwich, wrapped in romaine, over a salad, or on its own!
Notes
Optional additions: One cup green or red seedless grapes, sliced in half, 1/4 cup toasted pecans, 1 cup chopped apple (that has been tossed in orange juice or lemonade/lemon juice to prevent browning)
