Easy Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 8 oz. sour cream we use full fat
  • 8 oz. can cream style corn

Instructions
 

  • Spray /prepare a 9x13 baking dish or pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Ignore the directions on the back of the Jiffy mix. Combine all of the ingredients together (cornbraed mix, eggs, oil, salt, sugar, sour cream, and creamed corn) and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown & a toothpick comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached.
