Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball

This easy Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball is a new twist on a classic recipe, with cream cheese, crushed pineapple, seasonings, pecans, and more. Serve with crackers, pita bread, or veggies!

16 oz cream cheese, softened (We used two 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, full fat). 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained (8oz)(We used one can of unsweetened, crushed pineapple, drained) ¼ cup green pepper, finely chopped (35g) 2 teaspoons seasoned salt (9g) 1-1½ cups pecans, finely chopped
Mix the softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, green pepper, and seasoned salt until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
Shape into two balls or one large ball. Press the chopped pecans into the cheese ball.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on a platter with crackers (or pita bread, pita chips, pretzels, veggies, etc.)
