Easy Peanut Butter Pie
This no-bake Peanut Butter pie is light and creamy with great peanut butter flavor. You will love how easy it is to make!

Ingredients & Process
We love it when a fabulous dessert only has a handful of ingredients. That is certainly the case with this fluffy peanut butter pie.
Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, Cool Whip, Milk, and Powdered Sugar make up the ingredients for the pie filling.

After folding the cool whip into the mixture of other ingredients, we spooned it into a ready made pie crust and topped with a sprinkling of peanuts. Chill & Enjoy!

How to Change up the Peanut Butter Pie
We love this pie just as it is! However, you could easily make it your own, by stirring mini chocolate chips or crushed Reese’s Cups, or Crushed Oreos into the filling. Any of these would make a great topping also.
- For more chocolate flavor, you could drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- For more crunch, you can use crunchy peanut butter rather than creamy peanut butter in the filling!
- We love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate and so we used a chocolate crust- but a graham cracker crust is delicious too!
- Finally, you can cover and chill the pie in the refrigerator for a light and creamy texture, or for a firmer texture, you can freeze!

Easy Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar, measure then sift
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup milk (we like 2 percent or whole milk)
- 1 (8oz) carton Cool Whip
- 1 purchased chocolate pie crust (Graham cracker crust would also be good!)
- ¼ cup peanut halves for garnish (optional) (sliced mini Reese's Cups would work well too!)
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese on low speed with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Next, add powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until well blended. Then, mix in the milk.
- Gently fold in the cool whip until combined and spoon into the pie crust.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. (Chilling in the refrigerator will give you a nice, creamy texture. For a much firmer pie, you can freeze.)
- Garnish with peanut halves (or however you like)! Other options are chocolate drizzle, chocolate chips, sliced Reese's Cups, etc.
